Zoho Forms—An Introduction

Creating a Form with Zoho Forms
To create a form with Zoho Forms, log in to your account and click on the “Create Form” button. On the next page, you will be asked to select a template or start from scratch. If you want to start from scratch, click on the “Start From Scratch” button. Otherwise, select a template that best suits your needs.
Once you have selected a template or decided to start from scratch, you will be taken to the form builder page. On this page, you can add various fields to your form, such as text boxes, radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdown lists, etc. You can also add images and videos to your form if you want.
Collecting Data with Zoho Forms
After you have created your form, it’s time to start collecting data. To do this, go to the “Collect Responses” page and click on the “Add New Response” button. On the next page, enter the email address of the person who will be filling out your form. Then click on the “Send Invitation” button.
The person who you invited will receive an email with a link to your form. They will then be able to fill out the form and submit it. Once they submit the form, their response will appear on your “Collect Responses” page. You can view all of the responses collected so far by clicking on the “View Responses” button.
